• New local jobs are created. With each Enerkem plant, approximately 35-40 direct permanent jobs can be created. In addition, as many indirect jobs can be generated and approximately 200 jobs during the construction.
• Regional economies are stimulated by locally purchasing pieces and equipment.
• Enerkem’s plants contribute to the creation of a new industry and to the transition towards a green economy.
