Enerkem Appoints Alex Miles as Vice-President, Commercial Development

Montreal, Canada – January 22, 2026 – Enerkem, a global technology provider delivering low-carbon solutions, today announced the promotion of Alex Miles to Vice-President, Commercial Development, effective immediately. In this role, Alex will lead Enerkem’s global business development activities, with a focus on project development, market expansion, and strategic offtake agreements.

Alex brings more than 15 years of experience in renewable and sustainable infrastructure, with a background spanning waste gasification, onshore wind, solar, landfill gas, and hydro generation. Over the past 10 years at Enerkem, he has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s commercial strategy and supporting the development of transformative projects that convert non-recyclable waste into valuable low-carbon products. He has also been instrumental in building strong partnerships across global markets and strengthening Enerkem’s position as a key player in the energy transition.
