Mr. Charbonneau brings more than 30 years of experience supporting high-growth organizations through complex financings, mergers and acquisitions, and international expansion. His experience spans early-stage capital raises through to large-scale industrial projects.
As Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Charbonneau will oversee Enerkem’s global finance activities, with a mandate to support project development and execution, advance capital-raising initiatives, strengthen liquidity and capital structure, reinforce financial governance and controls, and support long-term value creation.
