Sylvain Charbonneau

Sylvain Charbonneau is responsible for strengthening the company’s financial foundations, accelerating capital raising activities and supporting the execution of its business strategy.

Sylvain brings more than 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive supporting high-growth organizations across multiple industries, including environmental solutions, healthcare, manufacturing and transportation.

Over the course of his career, Sylvain has held CFO and executive leadership roles in both public and private companies, where he led project and structured financings, mergers and acquisitions, and international partnerships. He has successfully structured and negotiated financings ranging from early-stage capital raises to large-scale industrial projects exceeding $1 billion, and has extensive experience in financial governance, IFRS reporting, ERP implementations and investor relations.

Sylvain Charbonneau holds an MBA in International Finance from Université de Montréal (HEC Montréal) and a BBA in Finance from Université de Sherbrooke.
