Sandra De Sousa 

Vice-President, Talent & Culture

Sandra De Sousa leads the Human Resources function whose mission is to strengthen Enerkem's corporate culture and contribute to increased organizational performance. She leads initiatives that foster growth, development, innovation, diversity and employee well-being. 
 
Sandra brings 25 years of experience in human resources management and organizational development in the fields of industrial distribution, pharmaceutical distribution, high technology, manufacturing and municipal. She provides leadership primarily in the areas of talent management, compensation management, leadership development, training and coaching.
 
Prior to joining Enerkem in 2021, Sandra held strategic and leadership roles in human resources, notably with Wajax and McKesson Canada, as well as owning her own consulting business. She has extensive experience in administrative reorganizations, organizational effectiveness and executive coaching. 
 
Sandra De Sousa holds a bachelor's degree in business administration, specializing in human resources, from the Université du Québec à Montréal, and is a member of the Ordre des conseillers en ressources humaines agréés du Québec.
