Gayle Noble

Vice President, Legal Affairs, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Gayle Noble is responsible for Enerkem’s legal affairs.

Gayle brings over 25 years of experience in corporate law, primarily in mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on cross-border operations. She was recognized by The Best Lawyers in Canada 2018 in the areas of corporate law as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Enerkem in 2018, Gayle was a partner at Stikeman Elliott, where she practised in the corporate law group for more than 20 years. In her practice, she has advised various Canadian and foreign companies, operating in various sectors, on acquisitions, divestitures, restructuring and general commercial negotiations.

As a McGill University graduate, Gayle Noble holds bachelor’s degrees in civil law and common law, as well as a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in political science. She was also involved for many years with various committees associated with McGill University, including the McGill University Alumni Association, the Athletics and Recreation Advisory Board, the McGill Sports Hall of Fame Selection Committee, as well as the Board of Trustees of The Martlet Foundation, which promotes academic and athletic excellence.
