Prior to joining Enerkem, Mr. Auger was a partner at one of Canada's fastest-growing independent law firms, BCF LLP, where he also served as the co-chair of the Business & Technology Practice Group and was responsible for the firm's information technology operations. In his years as a legal practitioner, Mr. Auger gained considerable experience in the execution and management of activities related to intellectual property licensing, the establishment of joint ventures, corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and other commercial transactions.
