Enerkem was triumphant at the IChemE Awards 2018 in the Biotechnology category

The Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE) announced the winners of the IChemE Global Awards 2018 at the Awards Ceremony held in Manchester, UK, on November 1st. Selected by an independent judging panel, Enerkem won the prestigious award in Biotechnology category – an award that recognizes achievement, innovation and discoveries in the fields of biochemical, bioprocessing, bioengineering, bioenergy, biocatalysis, bioreactor or nanotechnology.

Enerkem was initially selected among 100 finalists, including Exxon Mobil, Rolls-Royce, Dow, University of Oxford, and many more. Every year, the IChemE Awards celebrate chemical, process and biochemical engineering excellence. Established in 1994, the Awards attract interest from all over the globe and are widely recognized as the world’s most prestigious chemical engineering awards.
